How Do You Make your Donation?
Click on any team member’s online donation link - you must use one of the team member’s links in order for us to be notified of your donation:

Complete the information – when asked for “Your name or message as you wish it to appear on the Honor Roll” Follow these simple instructions and we’ll know to send you the template:
Enter your name, followed by the phrase “CARDS.” Just for kicks, and to ensure there is no confusion, if Jane Doe wanted to donate and receive the card template, she would enter her donation information in the following manner: Jane Doe – CARDS. Make sure you include your email address so that we can send the files!
Forward us a copy of your receipt to our email – connectthedots at tampabay dot rr dot com. Once we receive your donation, we will email the files. The instructions for making these cards simple and fun: (1) Print template out on card stock (2) Cut out individual cards (3) Round corners using corner punch –optional. Bunnycakes even has a wonderful “how-to” for putting together a complete Easter treat! Each template makes 6 cards.
